Radiona was born in Bulgaria and graduated in literature from Sofia University, specializing in cultural studies. Her interest in art found expression initially in journalism, when she wrote reviews about theater, art exhibitions and other cultural events. At the beginning of her professional career, Radiona was an author and presenter of radio shows on the Bulgarian National Radio, as well as a lecturer at the Faculty of Journalism of Sofia University. Although a significant part of her professional career has been developed in the field of public administration and human rights, she has not ceased to be interested in art in its various forms. As wife of a diplomat, she periodically changed the places where she resided (France, Israel, Uzbekistan, Belgium, Morocco, Switzerland) and this stimulated her constant interest in different cultures and contemporary trends in art. 

Radiona is currently Vice-President of the UNWG, and has contributed to the organization and promotion of art exhibitions under UNWG’s aegis. She has many years of experience in painting with oil, acrylic, on silk with the batik technique. She has organized solo photo exhibitions in Tashkent (Uzbekistan); Sofia (Bulgaria) and Geneva (Switzerland). Radiona participated with her own paintings (oil and acrylic) in 5 art exhibitions of the UNWG at: 2022 - Bulgarian Mission to the UNOG, 2023 – WIPO premises and Palais des Nations, 2024 - WIPO premises and Palais des Nations and general exhibition at the ILO building in 2024.
